1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and Zentra Inc. ("Zentra", "we", "us", "our") regarding your use of the Zentra platform, including all related services, features, and content (collectively, the "Service"). By creating a Zentra account or accessing the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not create an account or use the Service.
2. Service Description
Zentra is an all-in-one Team Operating System and Hiring Portal for remote startups. The Service provides:
- •Team OS features: Daily check-ins, task management, attendance tracking, and real-time collaboration
- •Hiring portal: Job posting, application management, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and offer generation
- •AI features: Automated resume screening and smart search across company data
- •Integrations: Real-time notifications, file storage, and payment processing
The Service is provided "as is" and Zentra reserves the right to modify features, add new capabilities, or discontinue features at any time with 30 days' notice.
3. Account Responsibilities
3.1 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Zentra account. Specifically:
- •Keep your password secure and never share it with anyone else
- •Use a unique, strong password that combines letters, numbers, and symbols
- •One email address equals one account—do not create multiple accounts
- •Immediately notify Zentra of any unauthorized access at zentra@continuuum.in
3.2 Organization Responsibilities (Founder)
If you create a Zentra organization, you are the Founder and are responsible for:
- •All actions taken by members you invite to your organization
- •Properly managing roles and permissions to enforce appropriate data access
- •Ensuring team members use the Service in compliance with these Terms
- •Immediately removing access for employees who are no longer part of your organization
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use Zentra for any of the following:
- •Uploading malware, viruses, or any malicious files
- •Using AI features to generate harmful, discriminatory, or hateful content
- •Creating false or fraudulent job postings to mislead candidates
- •Attempting to access other organizations' data without permission
- •Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to hack the Service
- •Using automated bots, scrapers, or scripts to extract data from Zentra
- •Sharing your login credentials with anyone outside your organization
- •Using the Service for any illegal or unethical purposes
5. Hiring Portal Rules
The Zentra hiring portal enables you to manage recruitment. You are responsible for how you use this feature:
Job Postings
All job postings must represent genuine, legitimate opportunities within your organization. You may not create false postings, misrepresent job roles, or use postings for unauthorized purposes.
Candidate Data
You must handle candidate information responsibly and in compliance with local employment and privacy laws. Candidate data collected through Zentra must be used only for legitimate hiring purposes.
Offer Letters
Offer letters generated through Zentra must represent genuine employment offers. You may not use offer generation for fraudulent purposes or to mislead candidates.
Compliance
You are fully responsible for ensuring your use of the hiring portal complies with all applicable employment laws, anti-discrimination laws, and data protection regulations in your jurisdiction.
Important: Zentra is a tool—you remain fully liable for all hiring decisions and candidate interactions conducted through the platform.
6. AI Features
Zentra includes AI-powered features to assist your workflow. You acknowledge that:
- •AI screening is a tool to assist hiring decisions—not to make them
- •Final hiring decisions must be made by qualified human recruiters
- •You should never rely solely on AI scores for hiring decisions
- •AI analysis results are not legally binding advice or guarantees
Zentra is not responsible for hiring decisions you make based on AI analysis. You remain fully liable for all employment decisions and their consequences.
7. Subscription & Billing
Plans and Pricing
Zentra offers a Free plan (5 members, 30-day history) and paid Pro plans with expanded features. Pricing and plan details are available on our website.
Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize Zentra to charge the payment method on file.
Automatic Renewal
Subscription plans automatically renew on a monthly basis unless cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
Refund Policy
Refunds are available upon request within 7 days of a charge. To request a refund, contact zentra@continuuum.in. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we will attempt to charge your payment method again. If payment continues to fail, your subscription will be suspended until payment is resolved. A grace period of 7 days is provided before suspension.
8. Data Ownership
You own all data you create and upload to Zentra. This includes:
- •Organization information and workspace content
- •Job postings and candidate information
- •Team member data and work activity records
- •All uploaded documents and files
Zentra does not claim ownership of your data. You grant Zentra a limited license to use your data only to provide and improve the Service.
You are responsible for maintaining backups of critical data. While Zentra maintains security practices, we are not liable for data loss due to technical failures or unforeseen events.
9. Service Availability
Zentra strives to maintain high service availability. However:
- •We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
- •Planned maintenance will be announced at least 7 days in advance
- •Emergency maintenance may require temporary service interruptions
- •Zentra is not liable for temporary outages or data inaccessibility
10. Termination
10.1 Termination by You
You can delete your Zentra account anytime from your account Settings. Upon deletion, your data will be removed within 30 days. You will no longer have access to your organization or any associated data.
10.2 Termination by Zentra
Zentra may terminate your account if:
- •You violate these Terms of Service
- •Your account is used for illegal activities
- •You fail to pay subscription fees after a 7-day grace period
- •Your account has been inactive for more than 6 months (Free plan)
Upon termination by Zentra, you will have 7 days to download your data before it is permanently deleted.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zentra limits its liability as follows:
- •Service provided "as is": The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties
- •No liability for data loss: Zentra is not responsible for loss of data due to technical failures, human error, or external factors
- •No liability for hiring decisions: Zentra is not liable for any hiring decisions you make or consequences thereof
- •Maximum liability: Zentra's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Zentra in the 12 months preceding the claim
Zentra is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages in any case.
12. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in India.
13. Changes to Terms
Zentra may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to you via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the 30-day notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Non-material changes may be made without prior notice. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
